That's King Gordon Ryan. Best no-gi grappler on the planet. Basically the Michael Jordan of jiu jitsu.

Here's a vid from an event last weekend. The guy he slapped, Andre Galvao, is the only other no-gi grappler that has an argument over Gordon as GOAT. They've been going back and forth on social media prior to this.
