I'm trying to track down a copy of Oil's "The Future (Future Vocal Mix)." It was released as a 12" on Pagan Records sometime in 2000. It was also on a compilation CD called Pagan Deep Club Classics, which came out in 2001. Pagan Records no longer exists -- their website is down, and most of the principals (primarily Charles Webster) have moved on to other labels.

If you can point me at a site where I can pay to download that track -- or that CD -- I'd be much obliged. I've already checked the iTunes Music Store, Beatport, and 3Beat Records. (If you're curious about the track, part of it is featured on the "Westcoast" disc of Deep Dish's Yoshiesque Two.)

Thanks for the tip...but a download site or a US-based site to buy the physical CD would be my first choice. By the time you get done with currency conversion and shipping, I'd be looking at almost $30. :(

Yeah... Importing CDs is never cheap. :(

The only other tip I could give you is to try http://www.dance-tunes.com. Maybe you've heard of ID&T? They just implemented this... it's still in the beta phase but you can still shop from it. From what I've heard, it'll go into full swing in March, and they'll add a lot more downloadable songs. I did a quick search through the House section and didn't see any Oil tracks, but maybe they'll add it in the near future? It's a bit of a long shot, but it looks like a cool download shop anyway, they've got a lot of good stuff already. Only drawback is that you have to pay in Euros.
