My wife left her phone behind on a counter at work. Was stolen so I called and deactivated the service. Its a Samsung Intercept(Sprint). This happened last week, I get a call from her today saying my sister called mentioning a odd remark on her facebook. I look it up and its negative remarks, so I quickly log into FB from my phone, delete comment, and change pw.
She has the FB widget on her phone, I changed her gmail pw as well. No other info attached although she lost TONS of pics saved on her SD card and other random shit left wide open like text msgs, contact info etc. I had hoped the phone would die and person would sell it etc. Now I'm wondering if it were possible that they got it flashed enabled the internet and it auto logged into her FB. Is that possible? Would flashing the phone clear out all her info? Or leave it behind stll?
How else could they have received her info? Or was her FB just hacked?
