Shader Grass, check. Light Bloom, check. Normal maps, check. Shader water, check.
All are going to be standard features from the Xbox 2 on (and on the PC right now obviously, That there should run decently well on a 9800 pro depending on the lighting model their using, otherwise you'd need a 6800 but the 9800 pro would use some routines that can mimic the lighting, just not as cool) It'd be a little choppy, but it'd play.
This is why I'm glad MS is ending this gen early, so much new crap is happening graphically it isn't funny. And while they're not technically huge improvements, that're large enough on effecting detail to warrent a difference.
