The independent Liverpool-based developer confirmed it had teamed up with Xbox’s Rare in an update on its website and social media channles.

“It’s been incredible supporting them on their thrilling pirate adventure & we can’t wait to see where this legendary voyage will take us,” it said.

According to its website, Lucid is also currently supporting development of Respawn’s hit battle royale game Apex Legends as well as the upcoming EA Sports PGA Tour.

Oh wow, I wonder if this is so rare can shift focus on everwild or another new game.

Whilst lucid games keep the live service going?

Really curious as to what this means, as I honestly expected sea of thieves to start winding down support after all these years.
