Hi guys/girls, I need ideas for a way to make a mic stand for my microphone. I already have a clothes hanger stand but I need the microphone closer to my mouth and the stand sits on the desk which makes me turn my head everytime I want speak, lol. I dont have any pvc pipe. This is just untill I get paid on friday. Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.

If you have a spare bowling ball in the closet you can stick it in the thumb hole. That's what I did.

Yeah, I think ill use my broomstick, wrap the cord around it and hang it from the desk for three days. Mcguyver style.
