In my professional opinion it is the nail embedded in your skull causing the headaches ... a five-centimetre nail is shown stuck in a South Korean man's skull. The man, who was apparently unaware the nail had been there for about four years, had the nail removed during surgery on Saturday.

The black man everyone at Activision can agree on
When you walk through a metal detector and the device goes off... notice they don't focus on your head with the wand?

Hmmm carve out a piece of your skull, insert metal items in it.... new weapons cache!

My brother had a needle stuck inside his foot for nearly 12 years.

One day he just got up to make a cuppa, got halfway to the kitchen and fell down screaming in pain.

One visit to the hospital and an X-Ray later the needle was found, He was about 25 but could actually still remember the day he had "stood" on the needle at 13 yrs old, however unbeknownst to him when he stood on it it broke in half, & he had only removed the exposed part.

Scarily, the other half worked its way up from under his big toe to near his ankle over the 12 years, before hitting a nerve and bringing us to its attention.

When I show him this thread he's gonna laugh his ass off (& probably feel a little lucky :p) -

Wasn't there also someone who had a nail gun put like a dozen nails into their head? And there is an X-Ray online for it too...

Yep that's the one I was thinking of, was even more of a WTF than this case.
