I've cooked fish before.


A little salt, lemon and the magic spices that I don't know anything about. Just fried is good.

It amazed me that anyone at this point in their life (i.e. they are alive) wouldn't have discovered this by now. Then again, maybe its because I grew up in the 'dirty south' (New Orleans) and fried catfish was common.

I love to cook and eat fried catfish. I'm lucky in that one of my friends has a nice catfish pond with some of the cleanest and best tasting catfish ever.

They make a mean mean catfish served with tea biscuits and some jalepeno jelly.
