Assuming you're both using your usual combo, I think you two are equal on speed.

Morton + Sport Bike + Leaf Tires = 4.25 speed
Medium Mii + Master Cycle + Slim = 4.25 speed

I don't make these kind of chokes in a bike because my bad handling means I don't get cocky and take turns that are too tight.
