I tried for a few minutes to do even one of those moves...hit my wife with the pen, hit my cat with the pen, hit myself with the pen...plus countless floor and monitor collisions..

Object Manipulation/juggling (Pen spiinning, contact Juggling, Yo-yoing) are all immensely cool and actually pretty fun considering you can practice them in your home whenever you want, but they *do* require a bit of practice.
