His old owners got him to be a barn cat, then later on got two more cats. Those cats kept fighting with him until he decided to run away and ended up sheltering in my in-laws barn. He started to sneak into their house (they have cats and leave a door open for them in the summer) and realized that house life was much better then barn life.
