So after a really long delay MGS the board game was finally released.
As a huge fan of the games I was looking forward to this but my expectations were very low.
Apparently it delivered in spades.
The game includes the full campaign of mgs1 plus some VR missions. It seems to be a brilliant adaptation of the game's mechanics.
I watched only the first 2 levels on youtube as I do not want to be spoiled, esp about the bosses. They say the Psycho Mantis fight is just as clever as the one in the video game and needs out of the box thinking to defeat him.
Sadly the retail edition misses a comic and the Rex miniature, so I will wait for another crowdfunding campaign for the Integral edition.
What a production!
