WOW is all i've got to say about this game.
I've never really played many puzzle games before apart from tetrisphere on the N64 so I was a bit aprehensive at first. I had read all the love it was getting from GAF and the online reviews.

I thought what the heck I need something for the DS that I can just pick up and play anytime.
I picked it up friday and had a few goes on it whilst on my way in the car (not the best way to start to learn a puzzle game). After I got the hang of what it's like to play I thought it was a pretty nifty game, but it still hadn't clicked with me. It was that night when I started to play it in bed with my headphones on that the whole experience hit me.

The sound really make a big difference or more specifically the sound effects. For the minute or two that each game lasts you are just completly sucked into the game and nothing will break that concentration.

I have to say that if you are on the fence about the game, don't hesitate and go pick it up, it's that good. Really is such a great game to just pick up and spend 30 seconds playing or 30 minutes it all goes by with the same speed and fun. This has managed to knock Ouendan out my DS slot. Praise indeed.

I'll be buying this eventually but I've been waiting for the DS price drop. Also I kinda need a job before I start buying stuff again, heh :)

I'm still stuck on the fence. I've heard good things so I might swallow this down sooner or later, it's more about "when".

Aye, I picked this one up this friday. I'm curious why they changed the names of the planets from the American version, makes me worried that multiplay will be incompatible between the regions. Have anyone tried this?

Me neither :( Is that the one where you have to launch 50 or more?
75 in my japanese version. And a tip is that there are three possible levels to do this challenge on, and one of them is much easier to do it on than the other two.

just so you have something to shoot for, my time attack scores:
2:00 - 226,960
5:00 - 405,120
100 - 7.03 sec
and i suck at the 1000 so i wont bother. someone else has the high in the 1:19 range iirc.

I couldn't wait and I imported it.
I love it, really, probably best DS game so far (ahh, Kirby, why where you sooooo easy?!)

What the hell? I just can't seem to get past the 10 sec mark. Well played, sir. :)

And I couldn't wait either...however, I still play it almost daily. If you're on the fence, ask yourself if you want an addicting and rewarding experience with the added extra of great gameplay. If so, you've come to the right place. ;-)

just hold down a shoulder button the whole time (i just have a rubber band strapped around the ds to hold it down now) and try to get the full width launching together. ~2 launches later and you should have 100 gone in under 10 without too much trouble. an 8.x second time is pretty easy once youre used to it. for 7, you pretty much need a decent setup to work with from the start, and things just have to go right in terms of falling pieces. i still havent been able to break 7. i can get the screen gone under 7 in 3 launches but only end up with 70-80 meteos.
