Game Rush is a Blockbuster's game renting service/store right? This should be very easy claim to check, then. It could be that the 'display box' was just something store clerks printed out not even knowing what they are doing. When a game is announced as an 'exclusive' by Sony people (which was the case with MGS3) that means at least one year exclusivity - at least it was like that so far.

It says "Exclusively on PlayStation 2" and the only announced exclusive I've read that have been ported to X-Box was Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and it took a full year (released in october 2002 for PS2, then part of the "Double Pack" that was available in october 2003 for PS2 and X-Box). Did Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty was announced exclusive to PS2 by Sony (the same way Snake Eater was last year)?

the MGS2 port was total ass. Konami should stay away from the Xbox.
