Bad enough I can't get Safari or Firefox to go to your goddamned pages on the off chance that I need to, bad enough that your pages sometimes don't even support your OS X version of IE, but clown-cunt-licking-frogs-damnit, if your own cock-in-dog's-mother-fucking goddamned pages are going to crash your browser, you're obviously not doing a goddamned thing.
How the fuck am I supposed to get my damned free games now that you've switched the xbox's retail site to one with broken code. Fuckin' hell!
Anyone know of tricks in OS X to bypass Microsoft's fucking "use our browser" shit?

I guess you shouldnt have gotten an apple computer

Considering my only fucking issue has been "I have to go to another computer to get my free games." I'll get by, but its getting annoying since my PC died.

There's a firefox extension to allow you to view pages as if you were on IE. It's called User Agent Switcher 0.6. Try it out.

The solution is actually simple - don't visit any Microsoft websites. Worked for me for almost 3 years now.

Have fun surfing the net and.... surfing the net. :p
I'm guessing you're referring to gaming, heh. The most I ever ran on this old thing was CS and StarCraft ... both of which, I've had my fill with. I've got an Xbox and a GameCube and I play my roommates PS2 all the time ... who needs a PC for gaming? I wouldn't even have time for it.

<<<watches the Xboxw Retail site.

Heh, I'd need a computer with hardware that could actually run those.

Well, that was when I was running Windows. When it became apparent that all I never really used my PC for gaming, I figured it was time to switch.

As for actually running games, I've used Wine to run a few Windows based programs. Never actually tried it with a video game though, but as most UNIX users know, RTFM. A buddy of mine installed Outlook on it and gave himself a virus in the Wine emulator. It remained self-contained and didn't affect the rest of the system at all.

The Xbox Retail Team site is best viewed with Internet Explorer. Some features of the site are not available on other browsers, so to get the best experience from the site, please use Internet Explorer.

Odd, now I'm getting in via Safari.

Odd, now I'm getting in via Safari.

I got into it via Firefox without issue after having to deal with a few certificate issues.
