Well, YEAH.
Did people really expect anything different?

During a recent meetup with Windows Insiders in Seattle, the company said future updates are being "really directly influenced" by user feedback, with Windows chief Pavan Davuluri adding that Microsoft plans to "double down" on that effort throughout 2026.
My point is that you always have to option to leave. People bitch about Windows but stay on the platform.Plenty of folks are playing games on Linux so not sure what your point is here
How is that comment useful to anything. Get in the debate or gtfo.?
Get a hobby you weirdo lol.
Nah, I've no interest in debating platform merits with a simpleton. Look at your post, it was meant to do nothing more than arouse ire. You've no interest in debate, just rabble rousing and finger pointing, such is why I framed my comment the why I did, for you see,How is that comment useful to anything. Get in the debate or gtfo.

He's just another Internet dweller who thinks combativeness is a substitute for a personality. Not even worth thinking about.People do leave. I'm posting from my daily driver PC running cachyOS right now. Steam Deck has been a thing for a while. Steam OS will probably release to the general public alongside Steam Machine this year. So your assumption that people "stay on the platform" isn't quite accurate at all. Interesting that you phrase those who do as being Microsoft's "bitch" though.
Your logic make no sense. People who bitch about Microsoft are still on Windows. People who moved on have no reason to complain. But they far from being the majority.People do leave. But yet you do debate. You should stop projecting yourself in others. There's tons of winning people like you, always playing the victim and when you point out it's might you own fault. You fall into weak insults and play the victim once again once they get the response to grow up.Nah, I've no interest in debating platform merits with a simpleton. "get a hobby you weirdo",
with a playful lol punctuation there, is a far kinder alternative to saying
"wow, what a rude dick you're being, maybe try not being such a rude dick?"
but considering how you responded I'm kinda wishing I went with the latter option to show you the respect you clearly deserve.
Have a great day Internet shit kicker, hopefully today's shit stirring will allow you to feel the strength from online interactions that you will most certainly never feel in real life.

Github copilot is another league of its own. I can see excel going to be a gamechanger just needs better integration
All I'm saying is that almost everyone think Windows is shit. But yet they still have 92% gaming PC platform share. Like you said, there's cachyOS and SteamOS now a day. At what point we can put the fault on the gamer for not doing the switch ? If you despise Windows but still stick to it, you deserve being Microsoft little bitch. No, you just don't get what I'm trying to say, but we are going in circles so no point continuing.

Microsoft didn't gain their PC OS monopoly due to quality. Quite the opposite, most of the OSes they released were terrible.
They always played dirty and although they got sued a lot of times, by many countries, it was still worth it to create the current monopoly, as the fines were mere slaps on the wrist in comparison.
Also, Apple is the only manufacturer projecting higher laptop sales this year. Everyone else is down. Not to mention amount of people for whom an iPad or Android tablet or Chromebook is "good enough".People do leave. I'm posting from my daily driver PC running cachyOS right now. No windows on Macs. And yeah, I think we will see Linux expand a bit as well.
MS is playing with fire I feel. You can also look at governments around the world getting rid of Windows.
