Microsoft/UPS has lost my 360.

I have failed as an Xbot by giving the enemy bullets to hurl at the precious Microsoft.

BTW, your logic is flawed, they are using DHL and Fedex for shipments as well, and when I talked the UPS woman she had allready limited the search to boxes coming from individual shippers (people without UPS accounts).. so it wasnt parts shippers unless MS's suppliers dont have UPS accounts.
 
Another thing for me was, I forgot to write down the tracking # inside the box. So when I called MS to give me it, they said that there was no way for them to retrieve it. I then called UPS and they said "bullshit", every company that uses their system has to keep tracking #'s on their system for 90 days. I then called MS back and the supervisor tried feeding me the same shit the operators did. And when I told her about what UPS said she was like "oh yea, their right." So now I gotta wait X amount of days just to get my tracking #. They told me if was rare that the tracking # in the box wasnt kept on file....

yea, right.
 
If it makes you feel better the tracking number doesnt seem to do alot of good. I did some searching on the Xbox forums. We are far from alone on people who's 360's arent showing up at the repair center in a timely manner.

It could be, but I actually wound up just getting them to reverse the charge for GUN, gamestop fought me on the rest of it. Now if my free copy of DOA4 that I Wallmarted for were to break I would agree.
 
Sorry to hear about your problems. It's a shame whats going on, but at the heart is gamers and that's what really matters. Hope things work out for you in the end somehow.

If it helps any, my buddy had no info on his and before he panicked, it showed up at his house.

Called MS this morning and my system has been shipped from the repair center. Stooge, theres nothing to worry about, its at the repair center, it's just that MS/UPS are horrible at tracking shipments.
