When I'm making threads on NeoGAF there's a certain approach I will take to ensure a pleasant experience for all users. I'll begin with a small introductory paragraph highlighting my inspiration and what I'm hoping people will share, not to mention the rules I want to enforce for fairness and my own personal submissions. But since most people don't read the intro and don't bother following the rules anyway, I thought we'd leapfrog all that nonsense and get right into it.
Topic: Guilty Pleasures
Something, such as a film, television programme, or piece of music, that one enjoys despite feeling that it is not generally held in high regard.
Mine:
There are tonnes of train wreck reality TV shows out there focusing on people who need a lobotomy, but one that I've recently been checking out is 90 Day Fiancé. The couples on here are absolutely hysterical and it makes for good television. One aspect I dislike is how the crew intentionally manufacture drama by making the contestants talk about awkward topics instead of letting it come naturally. Aside from that this show is insightful about different cultures and religions and entertaining at the same time.
People love to crap on Nickelback, I wrote the same thing within another thread. And even though I won't be attending a concert anytime soon, I'm not ashamed to state that I like some of their songs. "How You Remind Me, Hero, Rockstar" are my favourite.
Most people hate black liquorice and I won't be surprised to see many people here dislike it. This confection has the bonus of easing heartburn, constipation and with little sugar. Too much is fatal, but I occasionally have a bag to myself.
