I was being facetious for the purposes of entertainment. But as for both companies imitating one another, Marvel has much more experience there than DC. However since one company was more established early on, it's only natural there was some overlap.

I recommend Warren Ellis' six-issue run on Moon Knight. Short, brief, easily digestible issues that stand on their own. You'll get in and out quickly, and have a hell of a read. Great little run.
