I got the fireman's hat a few minutes ago and it unlocked dalmatians (this is lab and friends btw). I guess other items will unlock other breeds. I'm so glad. Without this, unlocking all 12 other breeds woulda taken forever -INTERNET_BOUND20

The people who didn't have their animals fixed, or bought animals they couldn't care for, or who are generally lazy pricks are the bastards, not Nintendogs players.

Real dogs can't be turned off and on or neglected for weeks or years. This software product does not replace a real dog, nor are most of the people buying it able to properly care for a dog. Trying to guilt-trip them is stupid and counterproductive.
