I'm not sure if I like the clasps for the cape.

Is the cape....felt? It kind of looks like fuzzy garbage bags.

It's such a shame that Hollywood costume designers haven't yet found a way to not make Batman's head look atrociously huge. I know the mask has to cover his ears and all, but really, it looks like Bats is suffering from encephalitis or something.

This is neither Serenity or Star Wars Episode III (the last one is still up in the air, the first one is guaranteed best movie of 2005)

Best movie of the year might be playing already...

But who am I kidding...Batman Begins is the movie I've waited over a decade for.

Those are some weird King Kong pictures. :p

I'm not a fan of Batman and when I heard there was a new one coming out I thought why? But the trailer and pictures of it look 100X better then what I was expecting it to be, I hope it's great.

I'm still not that convinced, having just watched the trailer. WTF is all that training crap about? It was like Batman, meets the Matrix, meets Star Wars. Then there was a bunch of stuff cut so fast, like all trailers, so that you can't tell what the hells going on, so it's just like 'oh an explosion'.

Interesting to see the progression in the cowl.
I like the Keaton ears a good deal better, but the material of the new mask is better than the old stuff.

Batman was trained by Qui-Gon Jinn. I love it.

his suit looks great to me, and I'm already getting used to the neck.

Great, Liam Neeson is his trainer. Now he can whine after it's released about how sci fi fantasy movies are 'too fake and hard to make' for serious actors like he did with Phantom Menace. Otherwise it looks good though, Christian Bale just has a cool voice, loved him in Reign of Fire. Plus the director has never helemd an action movie before and is an old school Batman fan from what I read.

This movie sure is going to be awful.

Oh go re-watch Elektra already and leave us Batman fanboys (dare I say...Robins) be. :D

Why do people have such high hopes for Episode 3? Can't they see some sort of a cycle forming?

Not saying that it doesn’t have a chance to be 2005's best movie, but how many times does someone have to fuck up for you to loose faith in them.

Episode 2 wasn't THAT bad. So long as you skip past Georgie-boy's really horrible 'romantic' scenes on the DVD and focus on the action, it's fairly enjoyable. Certainly it was better then Episode 1 overall, and I'm sure many hope that's an indication of a gradual progression. Besides, this sequel looks to be much darker and will have to have alot of bad things happening in order to tie up into the older three movies.

:lol :lol :lol He's a man of normal flesh and blood, unlike The Man of Steel. It'd be nice to see how a mere man became The Dark Knight over the course of ten years or so of rigourous training.

It's an origin movie, which IMO is a great idea even though we just had one a few years back with Spiderman and another with Daredevil.
I already think this will be way better than the first Batman movie.

Christian Bale is The Batman. Pictures fucking rock.

Keaton's suit looks kind of crappy in comparison.

Oh great, so we get to watch another superhero smoulder with generic rage before 'finding' themselves.

I'm just joking. I need to pratice my Batman will suck wind ups to use on my friend. I'm so close to making him snap. But the trailer was still pretty much standard trailer fare, nothing to get excited about, if you aren't already excited by the film.
