Being interested in a video game for the sequel I saw a gameplay of The Sinking City... And I think that game is so soporific that I was fooled, I thought it would be like Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth

But this game is so boring that even remembering it bores me.

I only see the Logo of this.... And I know im going to get boring.

I was watching a What Happened? Youtube video on this game. The history behind the games development is interesting to learn about

but the game's supposed to feel like a dream (an extremely twisted dream). it's a big part of what i love about it. so i'd say 'mission accomplished'?...

I have tried MGS: The Phantom Pain at least 3 times, but I always fall asleep during the first cutscene. I'm not kidding.

The Sinking City is indeed a slower-paced game, focusing on detective work and exploration, which can feel boring if you were expecting something more action-packed or tense like Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. The game’s methodical pace and emphasis on investigation might not appeal to everyone, and it’s understandable if it left you feeling uninterested. If you’re looking for more excitement, other games in the Lovecraftian genre might better suit your taste.

I have a short attention span with games. So if they bore me I play something Else. but for something to truly bore me to tears or sleep. I feel lucky I haven’t played anything like that.

Usually I might feel a game isn’t worth the hype etc. the sinking city on switch goes on sale a lot. Guess I know why now.

The first game that comes to mind is Horizon. I love third-person action adventure games, but I've tried the game a few times and can't get more than a couple of hours in before I get bored.
