I'm shocked that it took this long. The whole "omg interwe b synergy!!!!!" thing didn't last too long, and for the longest time the "MS" in the name was just Microsoft getting its name in lights, and probably free content for MSN.

Yeah, MS was trying to sell it's stake of MSNBC to NBC cuz I guess it wanted to get out of the TV biz. That'll probably happen soon I'm guessing from this news.
