Quite a difference in look, but not really shocking to me. It's not like she was 300 pounds with really bad skin. A little more attention to her hair, smaller-framed glasses (or none at all), along with something a little more fitting than a t-shirt and jeans and she could've been the anime-loving nerd girl we'd all pine after.

She's got a nice figure. She's not an hourglass, but i'd rather see something reveal her feminine figure than what she's wearing. i'm sure a lot of women would like to see the same on a guy if he had a nice shape. i don't have anything against t-shirt and jeans per se, it's just that it could've been done much better than it was in the before shot.

To each their own, but i simply can't do with an ugly face. i'd much rather have a cute face and skinny/flat or overweight body. When i think of a woman i adore, i think of looking at her face -- her smile, staring into her eyes, etc.

And i don't have anything against 300lbs girls. They're not for me (too much for my skinny ass to handle :lol), but there's been several makeover shows where i've seen the after look, and it looked much, much better.
