As of last night MS still said they hadnt recieved it, UPS still didnt know where it was, and I get home this afternoon and there it is on my front porch!

Also, for those keeping track of my bad luck.. my interview went great, I got my loans back under my name so I'll get paid for them. Hooray. My shitty luck turned completely around in 3 days.

yeah, everything is great and the best part is they didnt touch my hard-drive so all my save files were returned to me intact!

It must have been my power cord that was F'ed up because I got a brand new one...

You know, it was pretty shitty of MS and UPS to lose my tracking number and then tell me they dont have the package. But in the end I got it back in just over a week and didnt lose any save filed (and dont have to reinstall Final Fantasy). I also recalled them and was told my warranty starts over, so they are even giving me full 90 day coverage.

Mine was fixed in 6 day, but the hard drive had been changed. The interesting thing is that the hard drive shell was the same, they only changed the drive inside.

Congrats. I'm still waiting on mine. It's taken them weeks to "fix" mine, even though they replace them for Canada. I received the console last week sans HD and power cords. MS makes me angry.

I also received my new A/V cable today. Turns out that wasn't the problem. So I'm sending it back, thoiugh I doubt the system is broken. I tried mine on another TV and it has color, but that doesn't make sense since my PS2 and Gamecube are both working fine. I can't see how it's my TV. Anyway, I'll be 360-less for a little while.

I might have missed it, but I haven't heard definitively from people whether the drives are being wiped. When I sent mine in and got another one back, I had someone else's freakin profile on the hard drive. I could log in with them and everything. I sure hoped my drive was broken or at least wiped so people can't log in as me..
