How do you disable this? It pops up everytime i open my gallery or any picture. I disabled/re enabled the onedrive app, restarted the phone, etc. Still bugs me.

No option to uninstall it exists. Only to disable it but it will still popup even if i do. I creared the cache, disabled notifications for this app, no dice. It keeps popping up.

Oh it's embedded in the phone?

Even so there's a way to uninstall it. I did it with Facebook app before. Just google how to.

If you cannot unistall by the app settings, try to unistall it by adb.

Well, that solution requires a PC which i won't have access to one for a couple of days... So i'll have to endure onedrive bugging me until then. If that fixes it because maybe its not onedrive but some other notification app that tells me to use onedrive.

Turn off cloud sync I think this is happening because samsung cloud is being phased out so they are migrating people to one drive.

I would have thought that'd be counter-productive, if anything. You want whatever it is to remember to leave you alone.

As HoodWinked said, Samsung are moving people over to OneDrive so maybe there's a system/Samsung level sync setting that has what you're looking for.
