My dad got a letter concerning my internet use. It said I was exchanign copies of ESA software.

Do I stop using BT all together and use IRC instead? Is there any way that I can hide my "e-tracks" as it were, to avoid this again. Because this is pretty damn stupid/scary. My parents may take away my internet access :S

Charter Communications. What suprises me is that they were the ones that actually faught the RIAA when it tried to analprobe everybody...

But it was the ESA that caught me, not Charter.

Use Peer Guardian when using Bit Torrent, it's better than nothing.

But IRC is king if you can figure it out.
