Namco is seriously one of the trendiest, artsiest devs out there when it comes to the style within their games. Tonight I'm gonna focus on one of their best intros for one of their biggest flops. Until tonight i was going to re-purchase this game just for the intro but a fan was cool enough to rip it. Total tour de france/kraftwerk rip off but that topped off with the kick ass song is just wao. Damn i feel like a woman and i'm not ashamed to admit it.

The song rocks but the video doesn't fit it at all. You've got this fast paced song and then slow moving cars and boring camera movement.

Yeah, Namco has some of the best graphic artists in the business.

And I will admit that the only reason why I've held onto my copy of R is for the intro (and the bundled copy of Vs Pac Man).

BTW, another game that has an excellent intro is MotoGP 3. Is there a download available for that one as well?
