I'm using Elco and I'm supposed to meet Tilly in the Queens Garden to escort her somewhere (Brightwater I think). The problem is I can't get to it. I've check every door and way possible.

The white arrow points to my destination beyond a door and a bridge. After crossing the bridge I get to another door. The problem is that the door is locked and I don't know how to open it. I think it may be the way to the garden but I'm not sure.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Take the door to the left of the shop and go across the bridge. The gardens is just beyond the big door.

Edit: Err, I don't remember the door being locked for me. If it is, take the ladder to the left of the door on the side of the walkway. Then take a right once you hit the bottom and go through the tunnel to another ladder.

How do you get there? Do you have to cross the long bridge? If so, that's where I'm stuck.

The bridge has two doors. The first I can pass to get to the bridge, but the other is locked.

I'm guessing there's something that i need to do before it gets unlocked (I think) but it's not telling if that's the case.
