GAF help me!

I'm working on an assignment on organizational behaviour and I need information on the organizational structure and design of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Intel. Can anyone please help me? I need links to articles which I can refer to.

So far, Intel has been pretty easy to research since their website is pretty informative but I can't seem to find anything on AMD.........
