Can't make tables using modern dark theme

on chrome on windows on desktop the avatar pic next to my username in the upper right corner has incorrect propportion. reported this since the first day the new layout went live.

ex. the correct dimensions are 50 x 50px.... but it is displaying like its 25 x 50px. no cropping. the scale is just halved.

edit: also i think there is already a dedicated thread for this stuff.

Not a bug, but a request. Any chance of getting the ignore thread feature enabled?

And no it's not a "enable it so I can hide threads that trigger me!" type thing. I just find it a useful features for reducing clutter on forums that have it. There's always stuff that stays on the front page for days (or weeks--popular game OTs) etc. that doesn't interest me/others and hiding it means one more thread that may be of interest on the first page.

N-N-N-NECROBUMP sort of kind of, do we have an official thread for this? I searched and couldn't find one.

☝ Double mentions happen if you highlight someone's post use the little inline 'reply' popover to quote a string of text containing a fancy inline mention.

Also, opening the emoji popup seems to reset my text cursor to the bottom of the reply box. I'll go to insert an emoji, and it'll end up on the end of my post instead of where I was. I end up having to delete it, click back, reopen the emoji box and then use the 'recent' set to re-insert it.

I'm using desktop Firefox on Windows 10 for what that's worth.

• ios13 broke certain features because Apple changed background gubbins, and so this forum (and I assume other places no longer function as jntented unless you disable the bbcode button (cog) on quick reply. Pressing return will not auto capitalise, you can’t copy/paste correctly etc. While this IS an iOS issue, it seems they changed something that won’t be coming back. (Oddly switching to the new theme has fixed these issues, so there’s a fix it seems).

• I can’t upload most pics using the image uploader. If the pic is too large, it will spit out an error. I’m not talking resolution, I’m talking file size. Seems way too low.

• I’m using dark mode classic, because the new ones not very good for me. But things like the info boxes that show what type of thread it is look awful, huge thick outline.

• Likewise people with gold have this utterly horrible looking gold bar when they post a thread that serves no purpose because a persons gold status has zero effect on if a thread is worth reading or not.

• Also on the topic of design, the spacing here on the home page is awful:

This is the reason why I want Tapatalk integration for the forum. It's a dedicated app for forums and they handle them well. IGN uses the same thing and I love it there.

A gold member posting a thread doesn't make the thread highlighted. Highlighted threads like that means that someone (or someones in the case of your screenshot) gifted the OP gold specifically for that post topic. Meaning they thought it was worth reading enough to plunk down actual cash. Whether you agree with that assessment is a matter of opinion I suppose.

I'm on the classic dark theme and I have the issue with awarding reactions. iOS 13 prefers selecting the "Like" text over tapping the emoji.

Not a bug, but I dislike that the entire bar of a thread is a link. So I have to find a blank area to click on just to put the page in front. (At work)

I’ve been getting a pop up occasionally today on here asking me if I want to download index.html on iPadOS 13. This is the first time it has happened and usually comes up when I’m changing threads or forums (Gaming, OT, Community.) Not sure if it’s from an ad or a bug in the software. Just wanna let you know that the hamburger menu doesn't work on the new next-gen FireFox for Android (where the navbar is on the bottom). Nothing happens when clicking the icon.

I ended up just logging in with Chrome instead to bypass this issue.

I've encountered an annoying bug where I press delete to erase something I wrote, the keyboard on the phone disappears. It's driving me insane. I'm using Chrome. Anybody else having this shit ?

When adding images (at least in Firefox--not sure about other browses) via the upload images site, it duplicates the image. If you keep adding more images, it will triple, and quadruple the images when you upload them. It can be fixed by refreshing the page.

Clicking an embedded tweet within GAF in Edge browser gives a new twitter tab page load "something went wrong" error. If you manually edit the URL to remove any parameters then the tweet will load in that new tab just fine.

This one's probably an easy fix. In dark theme, the text selection color is nigh-invisible.
