I recently found a guy named "Da BOZ Man" on Youtube.
Most of his videos have fewer than 10k views, so he's pretty underground.

Don't let his (lack of) popularity, and his laughably corny (though still adequate for modern standards) name fool you, this dude is the next Big Pun:





And he's not very new at this point, but my favorite rapper - and the best lyricist of all time, imo - is DZK:
 
Yes. Reading my quote back, that came off wrong. I assumed "freestyle" meant "improvised on the spot and never heard before", but that's not really the case, is it.
