I do like some of the attention to detail though...the in-car screenshot where you can see your driver's face reflected in the rearview mirror and the soldier on a motorcycle in a sideview mirror, for example.

It looks awesome to me, the gamespot 4 part trailer was awesome too. Much scarier and action packed than Doom 3 will ever be.

That's it Cockles, we were once united but now there is dissention amongst the ranks! Saying Monolith FPS games have shit gameplay implies that NOLF has shit gameplay and I won't have it! I would have once considered you like a brother but you are dead to me now!

NOLF = Best single player PC FPS EVER recognize!

NOLF 2 is awesome. SHOGO is fun. AvsP2 is great. Don't really care for the Blood series so I wouldn't mind if it went away. Haven't played Tron 2.0 yet but I've read good things about it!

While Shogo hasn't passed the test of time as well as NOLF I would definitely love to see Monolilth take another crack at a potential sequel with current/upcoming PC hardware.

I can't wait to play F.E.A.R. It looks great, it'll play well (Like all Monolith FPS games do), and the setting looks superb. My only fear is that gamers and reviewers will have a bug up their ass possessing them to believe that there can't be another good FPS game post Half Life 2.

Well maybe you should try out NOLF and not rip Monolith FPS games without trying the best they have to offer.

You guys can take all your Katamari Damacys and ICOs and shove them up your arse I'm still upset that NOLF series died after part two tanked.

Right now, you can buy them both from Gogamer for a little over 30 bucks with shipping. A steal for two great games!

Also, back to NOLF, you know right from the first mission the game is a bit different than your standard first person shooter when your assignment is to save an ambassador from getting asassinated by sniping the would be killers from across the street as this ambassador blindly trudges along!
