aside from the homoerotic lead character, I generally like the art in the game. and was actually reasonably impressed with the graphics in the demo.

game looks amazing I love the grand scale and epic feel you get just by looking at this pictures.

I believe so. The moogles are supposed to be different in this itteration of Final Fantasy.

You better duck that one, charlie. I can understand angst towards X-2, but I see no fucking reason why X would be considered 'harmful' in any way, shape, or form. In fact, upon release, FFX had some of the most 'calm water' (meaning not as much bitching and stylistic 'insults' some fans seemed to feel with FFVIII and IX- we won't even mention the asinine "FMV and 3D RUINED FF!" crap that came about around the time of FFVII) fan feedback I had seen from an FF game since probably FFIV's release in 1991.

I not sure bland would be the right word cause quite frankly FFXII is is consistent with FF's rather...er creative colorful clothing design choices.

I hated Vaan until I saw the Gackt-like Calintz or the freak Azel from Magna Carta. Vaan's nothing compared to them mutants

I rather liked the battle system in FFX

Definitely made you think about your moves ahead of time, instead of just holding onto 'x" or 'o' button with one hand and rest the other hand on the side of your face.

I probably like it cause it's like Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne in that you HAVE to exploit weakness and think battles through.

Of course it does silly, the grainy look thanks to the mag plus the scan will always make a videogame look better, it kind of filters but intensifies the textures/lighting at the same time. Haven't you ever played Silent Hill?
