I just saw the commercial today on G4, the Watt's Towers replica looked so amazing. True Crime didn't have any good South Central landmarks like this, in fact, it didn't even really have South Central.
I saw that Interscope Soundtrack message at the bottom, is the soundtrack list out now or are they still being all top secret about it?

as for the soundtrack, i don't think they've announced anything, but having Interscope on their would lead you to believe its gonna have some old Death Row stuff. Ah well, i don't think im gonna read up on any more details on this game anyway. I would rather just be suprised as to what's on the soundtrack, shit its only 2 weeks away!

They did, in fact that was one of the very first SA pics we saw.
Another thing I hope is in the game is a Compton Swapmeet replica. That place is a huge South Central landmark, there isn't an LA rapper around that hasn't mentioned it or made at least one joke about it. In fact, there better be swapmeets period in Los Santos, they should be ghetto versions of Vice City's malls.

Basically Rockstar refused to do any interviews and didn't want their offices put on camera so the idea was cancelled. Seemed like a good idea. Has Rockstar ever done any interviews about all the controversies surrounding the game?

It was the same exact thing with GTA VC too. They are a lot of screenshots on the web showing pedestrians, and other showing less. That's just because the zone wasn't finished when they took the screenshot.

No gameplay videos? Single player mode barely known? I smell BOMB BOMB. Looks like Rockstar is holding this game close to its chest before release because they know it sucks and they don't want this info to come out in reviews.

So far, there hasn't been any rumblings of an Xbox version, though a PC version is said to arrive next summer. Looks as if those biding their time for an Xbox version will likely have to wait a year. Customizable soundtracks aren't enough of a draw to compel me to hold out that long.
