Is it true that Kanye released a new album? I heard from a friend it's called "Freshman..." something. It makes sense since the 1st was College Dropout, kind of a series of albums. He could have Graduation, you know shit like that. But back to the album is it true it's out, and if it is let me hear the reviews!
 
Yeah, its called Freshmen Adjustment. I'm not sure if its out in US yet but I think its been available overseas for a while now. I only just got it myself so I cant offer any impressions yet.
 
It's a mixtape full of old songs and by no means his new album.

His new single "Diamonds" or "Diamonds are Forever" (not sure of the real name) is available though.

EDIT: Kanye mentioned his next album would be called "Late Registration" and "Hey Mama" would be (the first?) a single. This was in Amsterdam during a performance, quite some time ago.
 
Okay, I didn't hear anything about a new album, and when this kid told me there was a new album already out, I was skeptical. Any info on the upcoming "Late Registration" then?

"bittersweet" with John Mayer - sample out there somewhere
"Hey Mama" - 2 single maybe, not out
 
actually I downloaded a album called late registration, doesnt sound like the final cut though, it has 9 songs on it, sounds ok, good lyrics, bad beats
 
Yeah I got the same album, and I think they're just using placeholder beats for now.

It's pretty good though, especially the last 3 tracks. Funny lyrics.
 
I believe there's been a Late Registration mixtape put out. There's seriously a million Kanye mixtapes, don't believe any of them are his new album :P

"Hey Mama" is out, it's a really old song. Assuming it's going to be remastered etc., the final cut isn't out though.
 
listened to the 1st 5 tracks on freshman adjustment, many of the lyrics are the same, but good stuff, very freestyle/mixtape style, no way any of this stuff could be on the radio
