The whole gameplay dynamic is that you can threaten people and torture them to get info from them. Basically, you like grab a guy, walk him over to the pirannha filled fish tank or wood chipper and then push a button, and your game shifts into torture mode, where you have to use your analog stick to torture the guy enough to get info from him, but not so much you actually kill him.

Other than that, it's Max Payne. Kind of absurd... They release movies of it around E3.
