Yeah, I'm pretty much thinking the same thing. Only thing I don't like, is that they cut the intro out of "Mein Teil." I miss hearing the knife and fork scraping sounds. Oh well, it's kinda cool how the accordion at the end of "Reise Reise" leads right into the heavy guitar part. From what I've heard of the other songs so far, they all sound great. Not a filler track or dull song on there.

Apparently the flight recorder hidden track is from the Birgenair crash in 1995/6 creepy stuff, Dalai Lama is about a plane thats going to crash but then doesnt and the jewel case is in the style of a flight recorder.
Guess that makes sense then, still disturbing especially when u dont like flying

I know its old topic but I got the album today and its definatly a softer side of rammstein which is nice (Cant be 100% Nitro Thrashing music all the time as the band has even stated), and I love Moskau
anyone know who the russian girl is singing with them?
edit: and is the hidden track in the US release whats it called?
I get 11 tracks from Itunes

i just saw them in Helsinki last night, my mini review of the mastter race's finest in action and i have to say:
they are very impressive live.
Very nice show, lots of pyrotechnics and 'action', themed stage antics and a dynamic stagepiece.
i would advise anyone who has a chance to see them to take the plunge.
the whole thing felt a bit.... 'post-modern' (for want of a better phrase), several thousand people entralled by a hard rock fire show which is entirely auf Deutsch. whose name comes from the town of the scene of the biggest airshow disaster in germany

Till (the singer) comes on stage with 2 flamethrowers under both arms and then i saw a few hundred small blue rectangles appear in the crowd (which was every finn with a cameraphone waiting to capture the joyous moment when he would open up with those babies)
the release of flame was great.
during amerika, their lighting rig created an American Flag Perpendicular! to the stage. fantastic!
the keyboard player was riding a Segway on stage whilst playing his instrument at the same time.
they came back for 2 encores and the crowd was still begging for more.
it rivals Zooruopa for enjoyment and fun (and its a little harder than U2's family entertainment)
East German Sheet-metal workers done good!

Their live shows are awesome, I've seen them two years ago, but I still remember most of it, the fireworks, the torch out of his chest with 'mein herz brennt' simply amazing.
I don't like the new album though, it sounds too generic, especially the guitar riffs and the songs aren't hard enough, especially when compared to their first two albums.

well the begining of reise reise has this ...alarm noise going off and muffled people kinda sounding frantic and then warning siren and something that sounds like " PULL OP!" PULL OP!" more frantic yelling then some kinda ...crashing noise...and the song starts...its all on 1 track tho (01 reise reise).
Its really ....creepy, and sad, (I read somewhere its real data from the recovered flight data recorder of a plane that crashed)
edit and I check itunes and the tail end of the recorder clip can be heard that the begining of the 30 second sample of reise reise so yeah its included on itunes

how do I hear the freaky shit at the beginning of reise reise? Song is 4.11 in media player and Itunes doesn't even seem to recognise a cd in there?
