Remember the Strike series during the 16bit era? A new indie studio decided to make a new spiritual successor to the series and it looks pretty damn good. Today, they announced they got none other than Microprose to publish their game. Check it out.

The dev posted on reddit that they would like to bring the game to consoles but doing Steam first. Probably to make enough money so they can afford to post it on PSN/Xbox.

i always wished EA would take the (amazing balance of arcade and sim) helicopter gameplay from Battlefield 3 and wrap a STRIKE game around it. would've been easy and cheap. oh well.

I loved Desert, Jungle, and Soviet Strike. Never played Urban or Nuclear. I did get a game called Jupiter Strike thinking it was a space version but it was completely different.
