A very good opportunity to discover some little gem that is hidden among so much competition...

Holiday Greetings from Xbox! We’re thrilled to bring you over 35 amazing demos to enjoy on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. And of course, you can download and play these demos from the comfort of your home between December 10-31.

We invite you to explore these demos with your friends and family during this holiday season, starting today and continuing as more demos become available in the coming weeks. Please note that these demos offer an early look at gameplay and may not fully represent the final game or its market availability at release as developers will continue to update and refine their titles ahead of launch. My Little Universe is awesome. If you hate crafting and survival games, this is the demo to try. It makes it all so accessible, easy and user friendly that you can't stop playing. Straight crack. If you're a survival vet it might be fun but its very simplified.

Big Helmet Heroes seems like a solid ultra casual beat em up. 3D Castle Crashers. The hits feel pretty good.

Turbo Overkill was fun. Ultra fast boomer shooter with heavy auto aim and lots of gore.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
There have been some really cool demos out of events like this in the last couple of years.

Keeping a tab on this to see if something similar this year.

Cosmorons is pretty fun. Great slingshot move. Mario Galaxy x PS2 era TPS.
Dreamcore has a really unsettling VHS art style.
Metavoidal is a comedy × metal drummer x Diablo, I think.
Puzzledorf is a good micro puzzle game.

Oh shit, Stonks-9800 on xbox? Wow curious to see if it's decent to play with a controller. Really fun economy/stock market simulation game.

Robots at Midnight isn't bad. Low budget souls clone but difficulty is pretty mild. 80s post apocalyptic setting is novel. Has a nice jump move.

The demo for The Alters was definitely cool. Water has a lot of fluid movement. Graphics are not AAA but definitely look pretty nice. There's a probe for scanning minerals that is so damn cool. Hard to describe. It displays an x-ray layer over the ground where you lay out scanning points. Played for an hour and didn't even get to the cloning / alternate dimensions. Seen enough until the full release.
