I typically associate PC with something like a computer that runs windows or apples operating system. Using X86 doesn't necessarily mean it's a PC. There are computers that run on arm like one of the older surfaces and technically you can use an ipad like one.
What I think differentiates a gaming PC from a console are the customizations that are made to said hardware. Like what the console manufacturers do to the APUs for example.
Very interesting reading ManaBytes point of view though.

My intention wasn't to start anything to be honest. I was getting pretty excited and I thought MrFunSocks would like to join us. As for ManaByte he mentioned that consoles were like PCs and I thought this was a good place to discuss it since it's a Speculation thread.
I already notified an admin so he can deal with my mistake as he sees fit.
But when it comes to this thread I never see it as a Sony thread. It's a hardware speculation thread and everyone should feel welcomed to it.
The threads that I view more oriented to a certain fanbase are the ones geared towards specific consoles or the typical meme threads.

I think we'll get gameplay for a number of the launch titles as well as games being released within the following year like Horizon Forbidden West. I think we'll also get a tease for some unknown IP's, fingers crossed for God of War.
UI reveal as well as hardware teardown might come in the form of Playstation Blog releases.

The way I see it, only a handful of people within Sony and amongst them Jim Ryan know the full content of the upcoming event. A lot of what that dude is hinting at seems to be really predictable.
