I'll take Kirby's Dream Land 2 tyvm

The only game on the Kirby collection I don't already have on Virtual Console.

To update, Bike Rider DX is good! The game starts off pretty easy and begins ramping up in area 3. Getting through a stage isn't really too difficult so far, but collecting all of the gold coins in a level takes quite a bit of precision. Really simple gameplay, but excuted on damn near perfectly. The Ram Rider stages are especially awesome.

There's an endless mode as well, but I haven't really checked it out. Seemingly no online leaderboards for that, unfortunately. It's a solid little game, well worth $6 in my opinion. Reminds me of why I love handheld gaming.

Sounds good. Guess I'll grab this tomorrow after work.

subbing to thread again, looks good!

Ditto. Still really hoping there's an eventual MEGA MegaMan sale on the games on 3DS VC. Would like to pick them up eventually. If the backlog gets worked out to the point, where I can and they haven't gone on sale, yet, will get them, then. Wouldn't mind some bundles/% off to save some money in the meantime, though. :lol

I can't believe Dream Land 2 finally made it to the eShop. It was SO arbitrary that we had to wait so much unlike other regions >:( Grabbing it (again) because I can't buy it enough times.

Is the kart racers any good?

Yeah this would be really good. I want to buy most of them, but haven't bought any yet. Gimme a bundle or sale and I'll drop da cash.

Looking forward to Duck Tales soooo much, man I hope it doesn't have any BS like 'bugs' delaying it or 'not in NZ/AUS yet because no reason' crap that I shouldn't have to worry about but always do. >_>

Anyone know much about Pokemon Rumble? My GF and I loved playing the Wii one co-op but the 3DS one was such a disappointment because you couldn't really play the 'story' mode together, all you could do was if you'd already finished it by yourself you could go in with a friend one level at a time, ugh so stupid we want to play the thing co-op.

Pretty disappointing with the 50hz shit too, after it seemed we won a battle finally and Nintendo actually listened! Turns out no, they'll still just go the easy route when it suits them, optimised is bullshit.

Not sure about coop but apparently the game itself has been stripped back to basically even less substance than the Wii game was. It has every Pokemon through gen 5 but now just consists of the arena battles and the NFC figures that will be exclusive to Gamestop. I'll probably buy it with cautious optimism, but I doubt I'll sink 20+ hours in it like I did on 3DS.

Wow that sucks. :( We enjoyed the sorta dungeon crawl aspect and going through farming Pokemon 'drops' and such.

Well that's one less game to look forward to now.

Is the Art Academy sale also happening on the Americas?

I don't know where else to ask this, but do you guys know if Sears carry eShop cards? I got an email saying I have a $4 discount, and I would like to get a $20 card but can't find them on their website.

I was browsing the 3Ds eshop in the morning (American) and Nano Assault EX was discounted ($6.99 I think instead of $15), hald the price. Bought inmediately, great game and great price for an updated version.

Whoa, that's a big discount

How does this one compare to Nano Assault Neo?

Hey, did anyone else take advantage of the Pikmin 3 pre-order event at Gamestop, where you're supposed to get the game a day early?

I took advantage of it and placed a pre-order, but I haven't gotten a call or anything about picking it up tomorrow. The only charged me a $5 deposit so I assume I go into the store and purchase it, and then they just give me a code?

Is it the same as the retail game, or is it an abbreviated version?

EX is an expanded version of the original 3DS retail game. It has a lot more content than Neo--twice the number of twin-stick stages, from memory, plus there are behind-the-ship rail shooter levels and boss fights and whatnot. Supports Circle Pad Pro, too, if you've got one.

Castlevania actually received a price drop, not a sale.

Oh, okay, thanks. I don't have a NA 3DS so I can't check these things first-hand.

i have a question but instead of making a new thread, i'll ask here first:

how are the load times of physical games vs their digital counterparts? are the physical games faster or slower or is it determined on a game-by-game case?

Is this series good? I saw many hate comments about BoF6 on iOS, so there are quite a few that love the series. Is it like FF?

Breath of Fire II is one of my most favorite games (and JRPGs) of all time. If you can forgive the bad translation and frequent random encounters, you'll have a blast. The story kicks a whole lot of ass.
