Nintendogs gouging

Fifty dollars for virtual dogs while Humane Societies can't even give real ones away and have to destroy them in the process :(

A real dog reqires a wee bit more attention, money and time. Yes it's sad, but you would rather someone adopt and neglect the pups 5 months later?

That's a fairly redundant comment, since you aren't comparing like with like. A total outlay of $50 vs the outlay on food & medical care a real dog would require is a slightly different scenario.

What the hell?! Both Wal-marts near me have these in stock. And EB and Gamestop, are people pretending there is a shortage or something?

I doubt any of those guys will sell their game, unless people are extraordinarily stupid (which, indeed, many people shopping for Nintendogs probably are). It's much more reasonable on Ebay.

Wait, so, Nintendogs is in short supply? I swear, I've seen a number of them at a nearby Best Buy...

Looks like this could be something of an opportunity, if you're evil. But it's only Lab that's relatively rare, the others you can find anywhere...

well on ebay the average extra amount of money you're going to get is around $7.22 according to the first page of completed auctions. that's not really worth it.
