This game can only be described as "gay" and I feel sorry for gay people

Considering the dev team is based in Bristol, one of the gayest cities in the UK by percentage (according to census data) this is likely the reason why.

Im likely going to give it a shot though, I dont mind shit like this if you know where its coming from.

I feel confused by the style and tone given the location in the UK however, and thats as someone who has lived on the coast by Cardiff (which given the accents this is close to) its no where near run down and dreary enough.

part of it looks really quirky and intriguing in a good way, and other parts look so bad I can barely imagine what the devs smoked there.....
Definitely not a game I´d spend money on.

And this is how GP helps with original games.

Could also argument that subscription models incentivize fodder production.
No. People still have to play the games for the devs to succeed. This game is interesting enough to try, but not interesting enough to buy in a market where I have kids, PCs with gamepass, Switch 2 with NSO+ and PS5 and many things competing for time and gaming dollars.

I still don't understand what the gameplay is.

Also, I like musicals. But I am not jiving with this trailer at all.
