Norton AntiSpam: What could have caused it to stop working?

I've got Norton AntiSpam enabled on my PC. It had been working flawlessly for about a month, but now it doesn't appear to be working at all.

None of my spam is being filtered any longer, everything is just going into my inbox.

I even tried making new rules for certain names in the Sender field, but those names are still coming through.

Something is definitely up.

I even started using Firefox because the popup blocking stopped working in IE with Norton.

Something has gone screwy.

I know.

I've already made the switch to firefox.

I'm afraid some things have screwed up with my NIS, and I want to get the problem fixed before it gets any worse.

I'm bumping this.

The problem is really annoying. I've got 20 spam messages in my inbox that Norton used to pick up no problem.

I had the same problem in April. Completely uninstalled (registry, all files in every directory etc.; had to do it three times because on the first 2 tries I missed something and it didn't work) the whole Norton Internet Security package and reinstalled. Took me a day to sort it out. These days I combine it with the Firefox filter - result is very good with few to no false positives and 100% filtering.
