Can someone direct me to a good racer that lets all players race against each other and computer oppenents? most racers just allow you to race other human players, but the computer cars aren't on the tracks. Anyone who played Top Gear which is imo still possibly the best racer ever will know what I mean. Also it needs to have the thing where you qualify and move on to the next stages, not just race and it's finished.

You can race in the GP mode with 2 players in the SNES and N64 version of Mario Kart. I'm fairly sure this goes for Double Dash, as well. Next time, try explaining why not instead of just "nope". That's a worthless reply.

Yeah, Double Dash allows up to 4 players racing in the GP mode, though, 2 on each kart meaning on person does the weapons, punching and powersliding sparking while the other one drives. You can switch during the race though.

Anyhow, Racing Gears has the sort of co-op you're thinking about. Not surprising since TG was one of the various inspirations for the game.

Thanks for the responses and Top Gear 2 was not better :lol I hope that was a joke, the graphics took a huge dip and I don't even think the game had music :lol Part 1 had awesome music. The nitro were faulty and didn't even seem to boost the car if I remember correctly.

man, TOp FUCKING Gear!!! that game was so much ownage

i still remember when i found the 'place twice' glitch... ever since then, thats all my friend and i tried to do when coming in for the finish... oh the memories!

TOp Gear 2 was good too, not as good as the original though... Top Gear 3000 was trash...
