NYPD caught on beating up... NYPD?

I said this before and I'll say it again. The last few months has been a race between gamers and the police to prove all the negative things everyone has been saying about them true.

fuck that shithead in the white hoody

in addition to punting the other cop's skull he decks the dude they're arresting while he's already on the ground.

I love how meaningless and vacant "Stop resisting" comes off when they say it, like those seagulls from Finding Nemo that only know how say "MINE".

When I was about 12, I spotted some guy playing football with the neighborhood children. He would either throw the ball to them so they could try to tag each other, or run to see if they could tackle him. During one play, the kids dogpiled him and everyone was laughing, piling on. I ran up and elbowed him like a professional wrestler. He was like "What the hell man?"

What the hell indeed.

Saw this earlier today too.

Dumbass waddles right in and kicks him in the head, and still hits the actual suspect not long afterwards too. Even looks like he has his gun hanging out the back of his ass with no holster too.

The same guy kicking the cop is also the same guy punching the suspect. What amazed me the most while watching him was just how comfortable he was doing it. In both cases, with an amazing degree of casualness, he would deliver his blows as the first act even before observing the situation. This is definitely not the first time that cop has done something like that.

The other sad thing is this whole "Stop resisting!" thing. It seems to be a code for police when they see one of their own doing dirt on a suspect. I'm of the mind they start yelling that to create an air of justified force when the force was unnecessary and almost always inappropriate.

It's bad enough to assault a suspect, but it's crazy that the plainclothes officer just imposed himself in the situation and couldn't be bothered to take a second to assess who was who. All reaction and zero sense, even when not under "threat".

The "stop resisting" is nice theatrics for the camera and witnesses.

If only he had kicked the suspect in the head he might still have a job.

Well I'm convinced. Someone get this man a gun and a badge.
