A lot of people think it will be over the next day when these stories come out and don't understand how investigations work.

When these stories come out, GAF gets excited, making people believe that Trump's going away tomorrow.

Then that turns out to not be the case, and people become discouraged and begin to dismiss entire stories on the purpose that GAF is excited about it, leading to another infuriating barrage of posters from the "nothing will come of this" crowd that dismisses facts at every opportunity by repeatedly shouting talking points and not actually thinking about what's going on at all.

I know that you can't see this through the screen, but my reaction here was a *rolls eyes*. I agreed that posting fake tweets is counterproductive. But at the same time I'm noting that since we aren't always here -- this is the first time today I've popped into this thread for instance -- you can all help keep the topic on track yourselves by not just being gullible and falling for what are almost certainly joke mockup tweets.

"We are now beyond obstruction of justice," the Virginia Democrat told CNN Tuesday. "This is moving into perjury, false statements and even potentially treason."

Even a reasonably smart layperson can read the FEC's website and understand that felonies were committed by everyone in the room by agreeing to the meeting, trying to set up the meeting, and attending the meeting. Possibly even providing meeting space for the meeting to occur.

Then several more felonies were committed by lying about the meeting on security forms, and possibly also, lying directly to the FBI about said meeting.

Whether or not the information was useful or actually used may add additional felonies, but the crime was committed by some by sending the email, agreeing to the meeting, and by walking through the door and sitting down.

Well they’re old rich people. I’d guess they’d hire someone to educate them before they get into politics.
I mean if the media got access to these emails we can be sure other countries intercepted them. And hold these cards until they need a advantage.

I am pretty sure at this point its all part of a plan to try and get Don Jr. as the fall guy. Daddy can pardon him afterwards.

Releasing the emails in full allows him to inform others in on the conspiracy who may be under suspicion some of the information that may be hanging over them.
