There are only thee men across all the wallpapers (all in the fifth one), and they certainly don't look like women.

Edit:Sorry, you were right, everyone in the fifth wallpaper is a guy. Makes one wonder why the two in the middle look so androgynous, especially considering the second character is the main character and he was dressed in a ful suit in the first game

Because it was drawn by a korean.

If you understood the culture, you'd know that koreans, even more than japanese value that fem-boi look.

But the artist is pretty capable of drawing a decent looking male...

Nah. I didn't really want an answer. This artist is awesome, but the two girly looking men are out of place IMO.

I really like his painting style...

and some of his designs. But sometimes those designs are too ostentatious, to the point of been plain freaky and ugly.
