Well I was finding the Jedi masters

- Found Vrook on Dantooine
- Went to Korriban found that dead master
- Went to Nar Shaddaa Found the Jedi Master

I then spoke to Kreia on the hawk and she said I had found all the Jedi Masters and to return to Dantoonie.

What about Onderon?

So I went to Dantooine and there was a master I hadn’t seen before WTF is going on?

Lucky I got a few saves I can load that don’t make it so bad; I had a peak at the contents of a FAQ avoiding spoilers and it seems my game is buggered!

So I just paused my game and came to express my anger on GAF!

Now that I think about it I think the glitch must come from talking to her in the transition between Nar Shaddaa and Orenon, I think if I land on Onderon and got my journal updated with a new “Hidden Jedi” entry it might be safe to talk to her.

You would think these issues would have been fixed considering the PAL game came out only last week.

That's kinda funny -- most bugs prevent you from finishing quests in KOTOR 2, not automatically completing one for you :-P

Haha...sheez.

I can't for the love think of a reason why this game has to be this buggy. The story is sweet, but in almost all technical respects it's so much inferior to KotOR 1. The framedrop, oh lord, make it stop! The crashes, the glitches!!!!! The horrible AI of your teammates...

Is this the XBOX or PC version? Really, that bad? I didn't like the first one in addition to hating the way it ran on the PC's. Sent it back with a quickness, guess I saved time with this one. :D

Bah another glicth, I started talking to the handmaiden again she is already a jedi but I got the option to “train her” again.

I selected it and when Kreia says “betrayal” the game freezes. I was impressed with this game until a few moments ago it seriously needed a good few months of polish.

All these issues must have been in the NSTC version I don’t understand why they weren’t fixed.

I am playing the Xbox Version (PAL) released last week.

The only two games I have ever had issues with are

KOTOR 2 and Icewind Dale 2

Made by the same people!

I slogged through to the end of KOTOR II and thought it was ok, but the bugs and glitches were terrible. I'd have characters telling me dialog that made no sense or gave away clues to something that hadn't happened yet. I had cutscenes repeat, some characters tell you the same thing multiple times, and a number of other odd glitches.

The Sith Lords in this game had cool designs, but they were far to easy to defeat, and were totally under used in the storyline. In the end, this game isn't close to being as good as KOTOR I imho.

Xbox PAL, they also removed the Content Download feature conveniently, since it wasn't ever even used for the PAL version KOTOR 1. I mean......WTF, you know?

my thoughts exactly, Obsidian did a shobby, SHODDY job. Probably under a lot of pressure, but still, total cashcow. It's in every way, except maybe for it being longer and also having a sweet story, inferior to the first one.

Eh. From what I've heard from the people that adored KOTOR 1 as much as I did, I don't regret not picking up this title. This thread only affirms that feeling.

I am still going to say this is my 2nd favorite Xbox game so it’s worth a purchase maybe at a price drop (due to the games bug issues) but any KOTOR fan should play it just for the story.

The game just suffers from a serious lack of polish.

Oh yeah I progressed to onderon but I found every time I talk to Kreia she still tells me I have found all the “lost jedi”. I saved before talking to her this time; I will try talking to her again when my journal is updated.

Just save every 30 minutes or so and have multiple saves.

Oh yeah I also think the game is a bit on the easy side compared to KOTOR, I mean my Jedi Weapons Master has a modified strength of 32+ it’s a bit excessive.
